Quality Assurance Tester - POSTMAN

Position Title : QA Tester.

Work Arrangement : Remote India.

About The Role :

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Software Tester to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing across the entire stack, including Dataverse, model-driven apps, and custom React PCF controls.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tester who is passionate about quality and enjoys working within a modern, low-code development environment.

What Youll Do :

- Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites.

- Validate Dataverse data integrity, security roles, and environment configurations.

- Conduct thorough testing of PCF controls, model-driven forms, views, and business rules.

- Perform API and integration testing using tools like Postman, verifying webhooks and plugins.

- Log, triage, and track defects using Azure DevOps, and verify fixes before release.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress.

- Create clear documentation with reproducible steps, expected results, and provide inputs for release notes.

What Youll Bring :

- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software testing, including web application and API testing.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) for work item tracking and collaboration.

- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Dataverse and model-driven apps.

- Comfort with writing basic SQL queries, understanding JSON, and using browser developer tools.

- Exceptional written communication skills and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to defect management.

Nice to Have :

- Experience developing test automation with Playwright or Cypress.

- Basic knowledge of Jest, performance testing, and accessibility testing (e.g. , WCAG guidelines).

- Familiarity with testing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) components.

- Experience validating Power BI reports and dashboards.
