Quality Assurance Tester - Manual/Automation Testing

Role : QA Tester - Manual & Automation (Selenium)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly accountable QA Tester with expertise in Manual Testing, Regression Testing, and Selenium Automation. AI-assisted testing knowledge and modern software testing tools will be strongly appreciated.

The role requires close collaboration with buyers/clients and complete ownership of testing quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Manual & Regression Testing :

- Perform functional, smoke, sanity, and regression testing

- Create test scenarios and detailed test cases from requirements

- Ensure full test coverage before every release

- Validate fixes and perform re-testing

- Support UAT and release sign-off

Automation Testing (Selenium - Mandatory) :

- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation scripts

- Execute automated test suites and analyze results

- Maintain automation frameworks and test data

- Improve test efficiency using automation best practices

AI & Software Testing Tools (Appreciated) :

- Use AI tools to improve test coverage and productivity

- Apply AI-assisted test case generation and defect analysis

- Familiarity with modern QA tools and platforms

- Ability to adapt quickly to new testing technologies

Accountability & Commitment :

- Take full responsibility for testing quality and outcomes

- Own regression and release testing cycles

- Escalate risks or gaps early

- Commit to accuracy and discipline in test sign-off

- Missed defects due to testing gaps require ownership

Buyer / Client Collaboration :

- Work closely with buyers or client stakeholders

- Understand acceptance criteria and quality expectations

- Participate in demos, UAT, and defect discussions

- Communicate clearly and professionally

Documentation & Reporting :

- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test execution reports

- Log and track defects with clear reproduction steps

- Provide regular testing status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Strong experience in Manual Testing

- Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation

- Solid understanding of Regression Testing

- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)

- Good written and spoken English

- Strong accountability and ownership mindset

Good to Have / Appreciated :

- AI-assisted testing tools or workflows

- Knowledge of automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, etc.)

- API testing experience

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments

- Experience working directly with buyers/clients

- Knowledge of additional QA or software tools
