About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with solid experience in manual testing and hands-on automation using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Maven. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working effectively within Agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases

- Perform Functional, Regression, Accessibility, Integration, Smoke, System and Sanity testing

- Build and maintain automation scripts using Java + Selenium WebDriver + TestNG + Maven reviews, and retrospectives

- Review requirements and contribute to test planning and estimation

- Maintain and enhance QA processes and automation frameworks

- Prepare test summary reports

Required Skills & Experience :

Manual Testing :

- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Defect Lifecycle

- Ability to create clear test scenarios, test cases, and test plans

- Experience with Functional, Regression, Accessibility, Smoke, and Sanity testing

- Basic SQL knowledge

Automation Testing :

- Hands-on experience with :

o Java

o Selenium WebDriver

o TestNG

o Maven

- Understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid)

- Ability to maintain and debug automation scripts

Tools & Methodologies :

- Mandatory experience with JIRA

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
