We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester with 35 years of experience in manual testing and exposure to automation testing. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Functional, Regression, and System integration testing, along with strong skills in Test case creation, Execution and Defect tracking. Experience with tools like JIRA is must and a working understanding of Docker for deployment is essential. Experience in performance or security testing is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse business and technical requirements to prepare and maintain detailed, structured test cases.

- Perform manual testing across components, including functional, regression, and system integration testing.

- Execute test cases, document results, and log issues using JIRA.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

- Use SVN for version control and Docker for build/deployment assistance.

- Participate in test planning, test reviews, and defect triage meetings.

- Ensure high-quality product delivery through thorough test coverage.

- Optionally contribute to test automation, performance, or security testing initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 3-5 years of manual QA experience in a software testing role.

Strong hands-on experience in :

- Functional Testing

- Regression Testing

- System Integration Testing

- Test Case Design and Execution

- Proficiency with JIRA for defect tracking and test management.

- Familiarity with SVN for managing documents or code repositories.

- Basic understanding of Docker for build and deployment tasks.

- Good communication skills, team collaboration, and analytical thinking.

Desirable/Plus Skills :

- Exposure to test automation tools or scripting (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or similar).

- Knowledge of performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) or security testing is a strong advantage.

- Prior experience or understanding of the surveillance and security domain.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of basic scripting or programming (Java, Python, etc.).
