Job Summary :

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for identifying bugs, documenting issues, and ensuring that our applications meet high standards of usability and performance. This role is critical to delivering reliable, user-friendly products and enhancing customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Planning & Execution

- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements

- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts

- Execute manual and automated tests across various platforms

- Bug Identification & Reporting

- Detect and document software defects and inconsistencies

- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues

- Maintain accurate records of test results and issue logs

- Regression & Performance Testing

- Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing

- Validate fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced

- Process Improvement & Collaboration

- Suggest improvements to testing procedures and tools

- Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and product managers

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Experience with QA methodologies and testing tools

- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)

- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress)

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification

- Exposure to API testing and mobile app testing
