Minimum 5+ years of QA experience in Identity & Access Management systems.

Job Summary :

- The QA Specialist will be responsible for validating IAM solutions including Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management systems.

- The role requires expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies, test case creation, regression testing, and IAM workflow validation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies for IAM applications.

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Perform manual, regression, smoke, integration, and automated testing.

- Validate identity lifecycle workflows including onboarding, provisioning, transfers, and deprovisioning.

- Create and manage test data for end-to-end IAM testing scenarios.

- Collaborate with development teams to validate enhancements and bug fixes.

- Document testing outcomes, defects, and remediation recommendations.

- Use Selenium and other automation tools for automated testing initiatives.

- Validate integrations involving PeopleSoft HCM and IAM systems.

- Ensure compliance with established QA standards and processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong QA experience in IAM platforms.

- Expertise in manual and automated testing.

- Selenium automation experience.

- Knowledge of IAM workflows and lifecycle management.

- Strong defect tracking and reporting skills.

- Experience creating test strategies and regression suites.

- Understanding of access management and governance systems.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM testing.

- Knowledge of API testing tools.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, QA Engineering, or related field.
