Role : QA / Test Automation Project Manager

Location : Bangalore (only)

Total Experience : 8+ Years

We are looking for an experienced QA / Test Automation Project Manager to lead quality assurance and automation initiatives while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and manage QA and test automation projects with focus on quality and timelines

- Act as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized, customer-aligned solutions

- Track and report project metrics including quality, risks, timelines, and profitability

- Work closely with technical leads to ensure bug-free implementations

- Guide teams using best practices in QA and test automation frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in managing QA and test automation projects

- Hands-on understanding of functional & non-functional testing practices and tools

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Process-driven mindset with effective resource management

- Experience with risk-based testing and test optimization (good to have)
