Quality Assurance Manual Tester - Web & Mobile App Testing

Role : QA Manual Tester Experience 2-3 years

Location : Gurgaon, India

We are seeking a skilled QA Manual Tester with 2-3 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, API testing, and Agile processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that we deliver high-quality, bug-free digital solutions.

Responsibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for understanding product requirements and creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

- You will perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications and execute API testing using tools like Postman or similar.

- The role will require identifying, recording, and thoroughly documenting bugs while also tracking their resolution.

- In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

- You will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and will be responsible for providing accurate testing reports and communicating effectively with developers and product owners.

Requirements :

- The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in QA manual testing and a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman is required.

- A solid understanding of defect tracking tools such as JIRA and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and the candidate should be willing to work from our Gurgaon office.

- Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail will be considered an asset.

- Exposure to automation is a plus, although not mandatory.
