Quality Assurance Manual Tester - Product Testing

Job description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team.

As a fresher, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing test cases, executing manual tests, and reporting defects to ensure that our software products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases and scenarios.

- Assist in the preparation of test plans and test strategies.

- Execute manual test cases to validate new and existing functionalities.

- Identify, document, and track defects using our bug tracking system.

- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.

- Participate in team meetings, providing feedback on product quality.

- Prepare detailed test reports and defect logs.

- Follow-up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.

- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Suggest improvements in testing processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills :

- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).

- Familiarity with manual testing processes and methodologies.

- Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and user requirements.

- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methods.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
