About the Role :

Join our Direct-to-Consumer Fulfilment team to ensure quality and reliability of our Order Management Systems (IBM Sterling) in an agile environment. You'll design and execute test plans, identify and track defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans/cases for OMS technologies (IBM Sterling)

- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

- Perform manual and automated testing (C#, Selenium, SpecFlow/BDD)

- API testing using RestSharp and Postman

- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros)

- Report on test results, defect status, and quality metrics

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Order Lifecycle, Inventory Management, Payment Flow, D365

- Manual testing: requirement analysis, test case design, functional/integration/regression testing

- Automation: C#, Selenium, SpecFlow, RestSharp

- API testing (Postman)

- Strong SQL skills; IBM DB2 a plus

- Experience with Jira, Git, Azure DevOps; CI/CD knowledge preferred

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- IBM Sterling OMS/Order Hub hands-on experience

- Automation framework design (POM, Page Factory, Base Class)

- Omni-channel fulfilment domain exposure
