- Define the QA strategy, testing processes, and best practices for Mobile Apps and Web Portals.

- Set a long-term vision for the QA team to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

- Build and nurture a high-performance QA team through mentorship and guidance

- Create detailed test plans, strategies, and execution roadmaps for mobile and web projects.

- Ensure robust testing coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

- Track and report quality metrics, defects, and testing progress to stakeholders.

- Oversee testing for Android and iOS applications, ensuring compatibility and performance across devices.

- Manage testing for responsive web portals, ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

- Drive the implementation of automation testing frameworks for Mobile and Web platforms.

- Identify and integrate tools like Appium, Selenium, Cypress, or similar to enhance test efficiency.

- Stay updated with the latest testing trends and tools to bring innovation into the QA processes.

- Proactively identify risks in the development cycle and suggest mitigation strategies.

- Ensure early detection and resolution of defects during the SDLC.

Experience & expertise :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in testing mobile apps (Android/iOS) and web portals

- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress.

- Expertise with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
