Quality Assurance Manager - Automation/Performance Testing

Position : QA Manager Automation, Performance & Quality Engineering

Department : Quality Assurance / Engineering

Position Summary :

Automation & QA Strategy :

- Build and manage scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Java, TestNG/Cucumber).

- Automate UI, API, and backend testing integrated with CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Jenkins).

- Lead performance testing (JMeter), identify bottlenecks, and drive system optimization.

DevOps & Cloud :

- Collaborate with DevOps for seamless deployments.

Quality Governance :

- Oversee defect management and continuous improvement.

Leadership :

- Report quality metrics to leadership.

Healthcare RCM (Preferred) :

- 8+ years in QA, 3+ in leadership.

- Strong Java, Selenium, Docker, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/Azure).

- Experience in .NET testing, Agile/Scrum, API testing (Postman, RestAssured).

- Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field.

Preferred Skills :

- OWASP ZAP, monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Site24x7).

- ISTQB certification, SaaS/enterprise experience.

- Exposure to AI/ML testing and shift-left strategies.
