Description :

- 8-12 years of experience in QA with strong expertise in Selenium / Playwright automation, as well as functional testing.

- Proven experience leading offshore QA teams in a hands-on capacity.

- Proficiency in Java, Javascript and Python for automation scripting (C# experience is a plus).

- Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, Insomnia).

- Strong knowledge of test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, PyTest).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with SQL, Couchbase and NoSQL databases.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Secondary skills :

- Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.

- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).

- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
