Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced QA (AI) Manager with 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and strong exposure to AI/GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern test automation, API testing, CI/CD, and AI-driven testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage QA activities for AI and software applications.

- Design and implement automated testing strategies using modern testing frameworks.

- Develop and maintain test automation using Playwright, Selenium, and TypeScript/Java/Python.

- Perform API testing using REST Assured and other relevant tools.

- Work with SQL for testing and data validation.

- Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines.

- Work with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for continuous testing and automation.

- Apply AI/GenAI technologies to enhance software testing and automation.

- Work with LLMs, MCP, LangChain/LangGraph, AI Agents, and RAG.

- Implement and evaluate AI/LLM-based testing approaches.

- Explore self-healing automation to improve the reliability of automated testing.

- Leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code in QA and automation workflows.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.

- Strong experience with Playwright and Selenium.

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Java, or Python.

- Experience in API Testing and REST Assured.

- Good knowledge of SQL.

- Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, including :

3. LangChain / LangGraph

4. AI Agents

5. RAG

6. LLM Evaluation

7. Self-Healing Automation
