Job Summary :

We're looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive high-quality product delivery through strong testing strategies, automation frameworks, and collaborative leadership. If you're passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and excited to work with cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, interpret, and validate product requirements.

- Writing and executing test cases

- Perform regression testing and ensure product stability across releases.

- Record, track, and analyse test results with clear reporting.

- Design and implement automated test frameworks and test suites to support development and QA cycles.

- Introduce and apply innovative testing technologies to strengthen product quality.

- Reproduce and investigate customer-reported issues to support development teams.

- Build and maintain automated tests using Selenium.

- Report and track defects using tools such as Jira, Request Tracker, or similar platforms.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold high quality standards.

- Adhere to the company's Quality Management System and best practices.

- Familiarity with load and performance testing

- Aware of security best practices

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

- Hands-on experience with black-box, white-box, and integration testing.

- Experience testing both web and desktop applications.

- Exposure to open-source technologies (Python, MySQL, Linux) is a strong advantage.
