Education : Bachelors degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to ensure that our products, services, and processes meet established quality standards. The QA Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing plans, identifying issues, and recommending improvements to enhance overall quality at various levels with various teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.

- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (management, engineering, production, customer support) to resolve quality issues.

- Document and report non-conformities, and corrective actions.

- Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, e.g. AS9100 (Aerospace Quality Standard), DO-178C (Software

certification for airborne systems), DO-254 (Hardware certification).

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.

- Train team members on quality standards and best practices.

Requirement :

- 3 years of proven experience in quality assurance or quality control.

- Familiarity with QA tools, methodologies, and standards.

- Strong analytical and evidence based problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

- Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma, or ISO auditor are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the Aerospace industry.
