Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the QA strategy across multiple products and Agile teams.

- Drive test automation, quality engineering and CI/CD testing practices.

- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing QA team.

- Ensure product quality through robust test planning, execution and defect management.

We're Looking For :

- 9 to 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Test Automation.

- Strong expertise in Selenium, Appium, Postman, JUnit and modern automation frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Agile, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins and SQL.

- Engineering graduate with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
