Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, and GenAI-assisted automation engineering using Claude AI. The candidate will lead automation delivery for International Marketplace features, stabilize the existing regression suite, and drive the migration of Playwright test scripts to the InteractAI platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Use Claude AI to generate, enhance, debug, refactor, and optimize automation test scripts using JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks.

- Lead pilot migration and phased migration of existing Playwright scripts to InteractAI.

- Lead automation of UI, API, and end-to-end scenarios for International Marketplace features.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and stabilize regression suites.

- Manage test cases, execution results, and defects using JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.

- Lead and mentor QA automation engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Extensive practical experience with Playwright UI automation and framework development.

- Hands-on experience using Claude AI for automation script development and debugging.

- Experience with UI, API, and end-to-end automation testing.

- Experience with CI/CD integration and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.

- Proven experience leading a QA or automation team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with InteractAI or comparable AI-enabled automation platforms.

- Experience migrating existing automation suites.

- Familiarity with Git, code review workflows, and cloud-based test execution.
