Quality Assurance Lead - Playwright Testing

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead to spearhead our quality engineering initiatives in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, overseeing the automation roadmap, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance software products. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript to accelerate release cycles and improve test coverage.

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering professional growth and ensuring technical standards are met across all project phases.

- Collaborate with product and development leads to define acceptance criteria and test strategies that align with long-term business objectives.

- Drive the adoption of shift-left testing practices to identify and resolve defects early in the development process, reducing time-to-market.

- Analyze quality metrics and performance data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
