Description :

We are looking for a QA Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end quality processes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in manual testing, the ability to write effective test cases, and hands-on exposure to a wide range of QA tools. You will not only lead the testing lifecycle but also contribute to customer success by ensuring a flawless product experience.

Responsibilities :

- Define, design, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Lead manual testing efforts and ensure complete coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Evaluate, implement, and optimize QA tools and frameworks as per project needs.

- Ensure timely identification, tracking, and closure of defects.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver a robust, high-quality product.

- Establish QA best practices, guidelines, and documentation for scalable processes.

- Provide insights from testing to improve customer experience and reduce product issues in production.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in QA and software testing.

- Strong foundation in manual testing with ground-up experience across projects.

- Proven ability to write clear, detailed, and reusable test cases.

- Exposure to a wide range of QA tools and automation frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience working with customer success teams to ensure product adoption and satisfaction is a plus.
