Must have :

- Strong experience in Test Architecting for both Manual and Automation testing

- Hands-on scripting experience in Python and JavaScript

- Thorough understanding of QA concepts

- Experience in evaluating new automation tools and deploying them after analysis

- Experience in framework development and setting scripting standards

- Ability to define and execute Automation roadmap

- Experience leading Integration QA engineers and activities

Good to have :

- Exposure to AI-enabled scripting (added advantage)

Key role and responsibilities :

- Architect and design manual and automation testing strategies

- Evaluate new automation tools and deploy suitable solutions

- Define the automation roadmap and ensure execution to closure

- Mentor team members on automation practices and standards

- Work closely with the Architecture team on scripting standards and framework development

- Lead Integration QA engineers and manage QA activities

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and concepts

- Perform hands-on scripting using Python and JavaScript
