Job Title : QA Lead

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore (1 Month WFO, Post that Hybrid)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled QA Lead with strong expertise in both Automation and Manual Testing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern testing frameworks, API testing, and the ability to lead quality assurance initiatives across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution across projects.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.

- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.

- Conduct API testing and validate integrations across systems.

- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and standards.

- Mentor junior QA team members and drive quality excellence.

Key Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).

- Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing + Manual Testing.

- Minimum 1. 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in Playwright (mandatory).

- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in API Testing using tools like Postman / Rest Assured / SOAP UI.

- Basic understanding of SQL and database queries.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
