We are seeking a QA Lead to join our Product Engineering Division. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the QA team, fostering skill development, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in quality assurance. Your role involves defining and enforcing QA standards across projects, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall productivity. A key aspect of this position is adopting a metrics-driven approach to monitor progress and improve quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring timely completion of testing activities.

- Oversee testing for web and mobile applications, including functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), API testing, and post release validation.

- Establish and implement QA roadmaps, strategies, test plans, and accurate estimations for project requirements.

- Collaborate closely with development teams, product/project owners, business analysts, architects, system analysts, scrum masters, and other key stakeholders in an Agile environment.

- Handle escalations, address concerns, and provide clarifications regarding testing and quality processes.

- Contribute to test case creation, test script development, and execution of both manual and automated testing.

- Define automation frameworks and build a robust regression test suite.

- Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks while guiding the QA team in automation best practices.

- Participate in project requirement reviews to assess testability, provide insights, and estimate testing activities.

- Support Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in automation testing for web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in Selenium (Web UI Automation) and Appium (Mobile Automation).

- Experience with Robot Framework for test automation.

- Strong background in API/CLI-based automation.

- Proficiency in Python and/or Java for developing test automation scripts.

- Familiarity with source control tools such as GIT and test management tools like Azure DevOps or ALM.

- Ability to define, develop, and maintain automation test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work alongside developers to resolve issues.

- Prior experience working in an Agile development environment and participating in Sprint ceremonies.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality at every stage of the SDLC.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in a QA Lead role.

- Experience in leading QA teams, mentoring testers, and driving QA initiatives.

- Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
