Role Overview :

As the QA Lead at Nazztec, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, implement automated testing frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for functional, API, and microservices testing, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional development.

- Design and develop automated test frameworks using Selenium, RestAssured, and Java to improve test coverage and efficiency.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring continuous testing and rapid feedback cycles.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues, ensuring high-quality software releases.

- Monitor and report on key QA metrics, such as test coverage, defect density, and test execution time, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and technologies, and drive their adoption within the team.

- Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks using Selenium, RestAssured, and Java.

- Strong understanding of API testing principles and experience with testing microservices architectures.

- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into the development process.
