About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 810 years of experience in quality assurance, test management, and enterprise application testing.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, test automation frameworks, integration testing, and stakeholder management.

This role involves leading end-to-end testing activities, managing QA teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Planning & Execution :

- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure complete coverage of business requirements and processes.

- Lead and oversee test execution activities, ensuring adherence to established testing standards and procedures.

- Manage test environments and coordinate testing schedules across multiple projects and releases.

- Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.

Defect Management :

- Drive defect identification, reporting, tracking, and resolution processes.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to analyze issues, prioritize fixes, and verify resolutions.

- Monitor defect trends and provide recommendations for quality improvements.

Integration & Functional Testing :

- Conduct end-to-end functional and integration testing across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

- Validate integrations between B2B platforms, Oracle Field Service (OFS), CPQ, CRM, ERP, and other upstream/downstream systems.

- Ensure seamless data flow and business process continuity across integrated applications.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead, mentor, and manage QA team members, ensuring effective task allocation and performance management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers.

- Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and senior management.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address project-related challenges.

Test Automation :

- Drive automation testing initiatives to improve test coverage and efficiency.

- Perform test case analysis, automation execution, and reporting using industry-standard tools.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the QA function.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 810 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, including team leadership experience.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Field Service (OFS), and related architecture.

- Hands-on experience in integration testing involving CRM, ERP, CPQ, and B2B systems.

- Expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks including :

1. Selenium (Java)

2. Playwright

3. Postman

4. SoapUI

5. Tricentis Tosca

- Strong knowledge of test management, defect lifecycle management, and quality assurance best practices.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation or Oracle Fusion implementation projects.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

- Relevant Oracle or QA automation certifications will be an added advantage.
