Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced EDI Automation QA Lead to drive quality assurance and automation strategy for EDI integrations across business-critical systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in EDI standards, automation frameworks, API testing, SQL, and end-to-end integration testing, preferably within the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive QA and automation strategy for EDI integrations and data flows.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright/Selenium.

- Validate EDI transactions and end-to-end application integrations.

- Perform UI, API, and integration testing across multiple environments.

- Execute database validations and data analysis using SQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

- Track defects and test activities using Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW).

- Ensure quality, reliability, and scalability of EDI operations.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in EDI/B2B Integration.

- Hands-on experience with EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and Flat Files.

- Experience with Axway B2Bi/Sentinel or similar EDI integration tools.

- Strong expertise in Playwright or Selenium and automation framework development.

- Experience in API Testing using REST APIs, Postman, and SOAP UI.

- Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.

- Application and UI testing expertise.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).

- Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW).

Preferred Domain Experience :

- Supply Chain

Good to Have :

- Experience with Playwright automation tool.

- Exposure to IBM Sterling, Seeburger, BizTalk, or similar integration platforms.

- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
