Key roles & responsibilities :

- Drive software quality assurance lifecycle within the agile process.

- Establish and coordinate test strategies with development/ product teams.

- Design and implement test plans and test cases.

- Mentor & instruct QA team members, helping them make decisions & solve problems.

- Develop & execute automated UI and functional tests on real devices & emulators.

- Review test results daily and report issues.

- Enhance and maintain automated UI flows.

- Troubleshoot issues in systems under test across multiple environments.

- Manage meetings, set goals, provide feedback on testing tasks & delegate testing responsibilities.

- Ability to multi-task, proactive in project planning and requirements gathering.

- Ability to drive projects using TDD and BDD methods of agile project development.

Qualifications & Experience :

- B. Tech / MTech degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Advanced degree preferred.

- 9-12 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test in a production environment.

- Extensive experience in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Postman, Mockito, Appium, JUnit, or similar.

- Comfortable with Git, and CI / CD processes using tools like Jenkins, JIRA.

- Solid Knowledge of SQL databases.

- Attention to detail and ability to diagnose complex issues in application testing
