Quality Assurance Lead - Automation Testing

Work Mode : Work from office (All 5 days)

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years in Automation (Selenium with Java).

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver with Java for UI automation.

- Solid knowledge of manual testing principles, SDLC, and STLC.

- Experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.

- Experience with test management tools like JIRA and version control using GitHub.

- Good understanding of database testing (SQL queries, validating data integrity).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills to document and report issues effectively.

Responsibilities :

- Perform automation and manual testing (functional, nonfunctional, regression, smoke, exploratory).

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing insights on software quality and improvements.

- Defi ne and implement testing standards, methodologies, and frameworks to improve software reliability.

- Conduct API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.

- Identify and track defects using JIRA and collaborate with developers to resolve them.

- Use GitHub for version control and maintain automation frameworks.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for test integration.

- Generate and maintain test reports, test cases, and automation documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and stability
