Quality Assurance Lead - Automation Testing

Designation : QA Lead.

Experience : 10+ years.

Location : Chennai (only).

Shifts : 12 PM 9 PM.

Role Summary :

- Enhance and maintain the existing Selenium automation framework in Java, ensuring alignment with new enhancements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements, design, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing of insurance software.

- Automate regression scenarios and identify new automation opportunities.

- Mentor team members on automation practices and framework usage.

- Perform SDLC activities: requirement & impact analysis, effort estimation, defect tracking, and verification.

- Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.

- Prepare and share test documentation, status reports, and feedback with stakeholders.

- Continuously improve testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Nice to Have :

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSM, SAFe Agile).
