- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.) and frameworks.

- Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and executing manual and automated tests.

- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to analyze complex software systems and create effective testing strategies.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring junior team members.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience in security testing or vulnerability assessments.
