Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage team of QA.

- Organize, manage, and assist manual and automated test engineers to ensure minimal production defect leaks.

- Establish QA metrics and reporting dashboards for up and down stream stakeholders.

- Establish User Personas in collaboration with Product Management and team.

- Facilitate the decomposition of business requirements, into Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria

- Create SOP's and thoroughly execute Acceptance Tests.

- Organize and manage manual and automated test case libraries.

- Participate in deployment testing exercises as needed.

- Participate in all SCRUM events, including Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, daily stand-up, and Sprint Review

- Keep abreast of changes in technology, standards, and relevant developments in IT & testing by maintaining professional competency through training, reading, and linkages with professional organizations.

- Collaborate effectively with team members and others in the organization to resolve testing issues.

- Produce timely reports and documentation of QA teamwork.

- Identify training requirements to improve team productivity.

- Read customer complaints and feedback to identify areas of improvement.

Key Skills & Desired Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any relevant field.

- Good communication Skills.

- Excellent in People management and Client management.

- Updated knowledge regarding methodologies of quality assurance and standards.

- Proven experience of 4-5 years as a quality assurance manager.

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of testing processes along with team management.

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Relay board, Serial Prots testing.

- Hands-On experience in JIRA, SharePoint.

- Good knowledge of automation frameworks , Selenium and JMeter .

- Clear understanding of product analysis and statistical methods.

- Any relevant certification of quality control is a significantly strong advantage.
