Role Overview :

We are looking for a QA Lead with mandatory AI/ML/GenAI product experience to lead quality engineering for production-grade digital products. The ideal candidate should be highly hands-on with test automation, API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD, while also being comfortable working in agile, distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution for AI/ML/GenAI products.

- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and/or Appium.

- Perform API testing using Postman and automation frameworks.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Drive performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools.

- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

- Own defect management, root-cause analysis, release quality, and risk identification.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in agile squads.

- Mentor QA engineers and drive quality engineering best practices.

Must-Have Requirements :

- 5+ years of QA / Quality Engineering experience.

- Mandatory hands-on experience testing AI/ML/GenAI products or systems.

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and/or Appium.

- Strong API testing experience with Postman.

- Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

- Experience with performance testing using JMeter/Gatling or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of defect management, test strategy, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working remotely with UAE working-hours overlap.

- Willingness to undergo background verification.

Preferred :

- Experience with cloud, data, digital products, or enterprise software.

- Experience in banking, healthcare, government, energy, or other regulated/large-enterprise environments.

- Experience working with globally distributed and client-facing teams.
