Quality Assurance Lead - AEM Projects

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure the quality of AEM implementations

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AEM projects, including functional, regression, and performance testing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that QA processes meet project timelines

- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Mentor and coach team members on best practices for QA testing and automation

- Identify and escalate quality issues to project stakeholders in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in QA testing for AEM platforms

Qualifications :

- 7-11 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years of experience in AEM projects

- Strong knowledge of AEM testing tools and methodologies

- Experience leading a team of QA engineers in an Agile environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Professional certifications in QA testing and AEM are a plus.
