Quality Assurance Lead

Delivery Lead or Quality Assurance and Quality Control Lead.

Exp : 5 to 10 years.

Good to have : US Healthcare industry experience.

Chennai Location only.

Job Description :

Must Have :

- Sound understanding of the SDLC processes and methodologies including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.

- Expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments.

- Experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment.

- Good Experience in defining and executing metrics, analysis, and reporting.

- Good Knowledge and Experience in IT service management operations.

- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication.

- Trained and Certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process will be an added advantage.

Role Summary :

- Good experience in software delivery models, SDLC assessments, process maturity implementation and provide early warnings to improve project outcomes.

- Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement.

- Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.

- Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the projects/programs.

- Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions.

- Collaborate across functions to drive quality excellence and deliver Delivery Assurance/Quality-related training.
