Role Overview :

As the QA Head based in Kanpur, you will serve as the primary architect of quality assurance strategy, overseeing the end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure the delivery of robust, high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and senior stakeholders to align testing protocols with business objectives. Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies and frameworks that enhance product stability and reduce time-to-market for critical business features.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement in testing methodologies.

- Collaborate with development leads to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless deployment and early detection of defects.
