Quality Assurance/ETL Tester

Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled QA Tester / ETL Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in ETL Testing, Database Testing, SQL, Functional Testing, API Testing, and System Testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform ETL Testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

- Conduct Database Testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and testing.

- Perform Functional Testing to verify application functionality against business requirements.

- Execute API Testing using relevant tools and validate request/response data.

- Perform System Testing to ensure end-to-end application quality.

- Track, manage, and report defects using Jira.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Prepare test cases, test plans, and testing reports.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of ETL Testing

- Experience in Database Testing

- Good hands-on experience with SQL

- Knowledge of Functional Testing

- Experience in API Testing

- Understanding of System Testing

- Hands-on experience with Jira

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Experience with automation testing tools is an added advantage

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology preferred
