Job Description :

BigRio is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong background in WebUI testing and automation using WebdriverIO. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring software quality and possess experience working in agile, fast-paced environments. You will play a key role in our QA team, designing and executing test strategies for modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using WebdriverIO

- Perform functional, regression, and UI testing across web-based applications

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure test coverage and quality standards

- Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks

- Identify, document, and track bugs using test management and issue tracking tools

- Review product requirements and technical documentation to write effective test cases

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on WebUI automation testing

- Strong hands-on experience with WebdriverIO and related automation frameworks

- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests

- Experience in working with tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and test management tools

- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with other testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

- Knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber

- Exposure to cloud-based test execution platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
