We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in Telecom and Mobile Infrastructure to support the testing, validation, and automation of next-generation broadband and network platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in networking, automation, Linux, and cloud technologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end testing of telecom, broadband access, and networking products.

- Validate platform features, Wi-Fi functionality, residential gateways, forwarding, and mesh networking technologies.

- Execute functional, integration, interoperability, system, and performance testing.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug issues using Linux-based tools and system diagnostics.

- Work closely with Development, DevOps, and Product Engineering teams to ensure product quality.

- Design test strategies, prepare test cases, and execute test plans.

- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills :

1. Networking & Telecom :

- Strong knowledge of IP networking and Layer 2/Layer 2+ protocols.

- Hands-on experience with Ethernet, VLAN, QoS, Multicast, DHCP, PPPoE, IEEE 802.1X, and RADIUS.

- Experience with GPON/XGS-PON technologies, broadband access networks, and wireless networking.

2. Cloud & Virtualization :

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Familiarity with virtualized and cloud-native deployment environments.

3. Testing & Automation :

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

- Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium and/or Robot Framework.

- Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).

- Strong programming skills in Python and Shell scripting.

4. Systems & Tools :

- Strong proficiency in Linux, including command-line operations and debugging.

- Experience working with NetConf, YANG models, and REST APIs.

- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data migration tools.

Preferred Profile :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within Telecom, Broadband, or Networking domains.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience working in Agile development environments is an added advantage.
