About the Role :

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium and Python to join our growing engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and test scenarios

- Identify, log, and track bugs using defect management tools

- Execute test cases and prepare test reports

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA activities in Agile environments

- Improve test coverage and automation efficiency

Required Skills :

- 1-2 years of experience in QA Automation

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python

- Good understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC

- Experience with API testing tools like Postman

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control

- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
