Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing, CPQ (Steelbrick), automation testing, and integration validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in testing complex Salesforce applications and end-to-end business workflows in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.

- Validate Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and/or Revenue Cloud implementations and business processes.

- Test custom and standard Salesforce functionalities across multiple modules.

- Develop and maintain automation test suites using tools like Provar and Selenium.

- Perform ETL and integration testing between Salesforce and ERP systems.

- Execute SQL queries for backend data validation and reconciliation.

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality delivery.

- Track, report, and resolve defects using standard defect management tools.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities.

- Support CI/CD and DevOps processes to improve testing efficiency and release quality.

Required Skills :

- 5- 8 years of QA experience with strong Salesforce testing background.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ testing.

- Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.

- Experience with automation tools such as Provar and Selenium.

- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, validations, and customizations.

- Experience in API, ETL, and integration testing.

- Strong SQL/query writing skills for backend validation.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- ERP integration testing experience (SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, etc.)

- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git.

- Basic understanding of RCA and release management processes.
