Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce

Description :

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for Salesforce applications, integrations, and platform customizations.

- Validate functionality across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Health Cloud) and user personas.

- Collaborate with developers and admins to understand requirements, user stories, and testable criteria.

- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar.

- Perform regression, smoke, and functional testing on new features and during release cycles.

- Validate changes across environments (dev, QA, staging, production) and ensure test data integrity.

- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and release readiness activities in Agile environments.

- Raise clear and actionable bug reports with supporting screenshots, logs, and reproduction steps.

- Track test coverage, execution results, and quality metrics over time.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data governance requirements during testing.

- Assist in UAT coordination and release validation efforts with business stakeholders.

- Continuously improve testing processes, documentation, and tool usage across the QA practice.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

- 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platform testing.

- Experience validating Salesforce features across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and third-party managed packages.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and environment strategies
