About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will design and execute test strategies, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing across multiple platforms.

- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for timely resolution.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding guidelines, and release protocols.

- Maintain comprehensive QA documentation for test cases, results, and defect logs.

- Support internal audits, quality reviews, and client-facing quality assurance processes.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

- 25 years of experience in software QA/QC roles.

- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or equivalent.

- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation testing.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
