Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and delivery teams in a cross-functional agile environment.

- Champion a quality-first approach, ensuring testing and validation are integral to the development process.

- Define, design, and execute test strategies, leveraging suitable techniques and heuristics to ensure robust coverage.

- Work hands-on with developers to test products during build cycles, providing fast feedback and insight.

- Contribute to automation initiatives - identifying opportunities and helping improve framework coverage and efficiency.

- Participate in continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing QA processes, tools, and techniques.

Requirements :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing roles.

- Strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics, and test process optimization across SDLC.

- Working knowledge of test automation principles - understanding when, how, and why to implement automation.

- Exposure to building or maintaining automated test frameworks is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to raise risks proactively and drive solutions with stakeholders.

- Curious, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills :

- Experience with any of the following is desirable :

- Languages & Frameworks : JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Testing Tools : Playwright, Storybook, or similar modern testing frameworks

- Backend Stack : C# / .NET applications

- Observability Tools : Grafana, Datadog, or similar
