Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in automation and manual testing. The candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) along with expertise in Selenium, SQL, API testing, and manual testing. The ideal candidate will bring 510 years of overall QA experience, work in fast-paced Agile teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).

- Perform manual, functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

- Conduct API testing to validate endpoints, payloads, and integrations.

- Write and execute SQL queries to verify data accuracy and integrity.

- Work with Selenium WebDriver for cross-browser testing scenarios.

- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to define requirements and testing strategies.

- Document defects, test results, and ensure timely closure.

- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for regression testing.

- Adhere to QA best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 10 years of QA experience with a mix of automation and manual testing.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript or JavaScript).

- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver.

- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing.

- Proven experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools).

- Strong understanding of manual testing practices and Agile methodologies.

- Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
