Quality Assurance Engineer - OTM/TMS Projects

Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in OTM/TMS implementations, integrations, and enhancements. The role involves ensuring end-to-end quality and reliability of logistics processes through functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases for OTM/TMS projects.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for new implementations and system enhancements.

- Validate end-to-end logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.

- Identify, document, and track defects/bugs, working closely with technical and functional teams for resolution.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Support in test environment setup, data preparation, and execution.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Logistics.

- 3 - 6 years of QA/testing experience in ERP/TMS/OTM systems.

- Strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and defect management systems (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla).

- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, or similar).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of OTM/TMS modules and their business use cases.

- Basic SQL/database knowledge for test validation.
