Quality Assurance Engineer - Oracle SCP Platform

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced QA professional to support our Oracle SCP (Supply Chain Planning) environment, covering Oracle Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising (GOP) for ATO, MTS, and MTO production strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support CTO forecasting and planning measures in Oracle Demand Planning

- Perform manual testing and create comprehensive test cases

- Manage Fusion data collection and resolve integration issues

- Support MRP and constrained/unconstrained supply planning

- Work with REST APIs, BIP reports, and data models

- Triage support tickets, assess impact, and coordinate issue resolution

- Execute quarterly patch testing and E2E planning validations

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Demand, Supply Planning & GOP

- Hands-on experience in QA (manual testing & documentation)

- Strong knowledge of MRP and planning concepts

- Proficiency in REST APIs, BIP reporting, and system integration

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Prior experience in support or implementation projects is a must
