Job Description:

- Understanding of payments and banking domain fundamentals required.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for native and hybrid mobile applications (Android/iOS).

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tool like Appium.

- Conduct API testing as part of end-to-end validation of mobile workflows.

- Contributing to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes.

- Assisting in root cause analysis and providing detailed documentation of defects and test results.

- Supporting test execution in CI/CD environments and integrating test automation into pipelines.

- Knowledge on ticket tools such as JIRA must.

- Participate in critical design activities to assure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested.

- Effective at quickly understanding technology and explaining it in non-technical terms.

- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with developers to resolve issues as and when required.

- Analysing trends of bugs and getting them fixed.

- Be aware of product updates, ux trends and new technologies.

- Use multiples platforms like JIRA, Git, AWS, Jenkins, firebase, Grafana etc.

- Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, product managers and other team members.

- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet the deadlines.

Technical Skills and Experience :

- Tech graduates with 2 to 4 years of experience.

- Hands-on experience with Appium.

- Proficient in any scripting language: Java, Python, JavaScript.

- Experience in testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.

- Strong knowledge of mobile testing strategies, UI interactions, and device-specific behaviours.

- Good understanding of ADB commands, simulators, emulators, and real-device testing.

- Exposure to mobile performance and crash analysis tools.

- Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle, QA methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Knowledge of cross-browser testing using tools like BrowserStack.

- Maintain a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines.

- Strong sense of teamwork, personal integrity, responsibility & accountability.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiar with Best Practices in Test Automation.

- Test it to break it attitude.

- Hands-on experience in SQL queries.

- Working experience of a startup.

Experience Range : 2 - 4 years.

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech/B.E, and Any PG.

Skills Required : Appium, SQL, Mobile Testing, Rest API, Jenkins.
