We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Analyst Manual with 5+ years of experience in testing web and API-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in manual testing methodologies, API validation, and SQL-based data testing.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless software releases.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features.

- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to ensure product quality.

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman and validate RESTful endpoints.

- Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data and ensure data integrity.

- Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of Agile/Scrum cycles.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

- Document test results, user scenarios, and quality metrics clearly and accurately.

Core Technical Skills (Must Have) :

- Manual Testing Expertise : Functional, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing.

- API Testing Tools : Proficiency in Postman or similar tools for REST API testing.

- SQL Skills : Ability to write and execute queries for data validation and backend testing.

- Test Management Tools : Experience with Jira, Zephyr, or equivalent.

- Agile/Scrum : Familiarity with sprint-based testing and continuous feedback cycles.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.

Good To Have Skills :

- Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium or Playwright.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

- Awareness of cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure.
