Role Overview:

As a QA Engineer at OZI Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and performance of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify potential bottlenecks and ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality, ensuring that all features meet business requirements before release.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python to increase testing efficiency and reduce manual regression efforts.

- Conduct thorough API testing to verify the reliability, security, and performance of backend services and integrations.

- Perform detailed performance testing to identify system limitations and ensure application scalability under high-traffic conditions.

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot defects, providing clear documentation and actionable insights to accelerate the resolution process.

- Implement continuous testing practices within the CI/CD pipeline to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Demonstrated expertise in both manual and automated testing frameworks, with a strong ability to choose the right tool for specific project requirements.
