Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- Design test plans, test cases, and test strategies from requirements and designs

- Perform manual testing across functional, regression, integration, and exploratory scenarios

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs

- Build and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress

- Test APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Newman

- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution in JIRA or similar tools

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

- 2-6 years of experience in manual and automation testing

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile testing practices

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress

- Programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript

- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, or Newman)

- Strong SQL skills for backend data validation (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Docker for test environments

- Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
